A2 PERFORMANCE is the ultimate functional fitness programme for the individual looking to consistently improve their strength fundamentals, aerobic capacity and all round functional fitness performance. The programme is a formulated and balanced mix of training styles, including strength training, functional bodybuilding, basic olympic lifting, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance, giving you the best possible opportunity to maximise your fitness capabilities whilst looking and feeling great along the way.
The programme is a LIVE programme. This means that the every session is uniquely programmed and specifically designed to ensure you and the community can make suitable progressions from one week to the next. The fundamental lifts for each 4-week block will remain the same with changing stimulus (reps, speed of movement etc). Accessory work and finishers will constantly vary.
A2 LIFESTYLE is specifically designed for those with some previous Functional Fitness experience and want to become a stronger and fitter version of themselves, whilst allowing flexibility around the programme to fulfil other life commitments. It is slightly less volume/intensity than A2 PERFORMANCE.
The programme is a LIVE programme. The fundamental lifts for each 4-week block will remain the same with changing stimulus (reps, speed of movement etc). Accessory work and finishers will constantly vary.
If you cancel before the end of your trial you will not be charged.
If you don’t cancel we’ll automatically start a new billing cycle after your trial, rather than pro-rating the first payment.
